Tuesday Thoughts, 6/18/18

According to a billboard on the NJ Turnpike, we spend more time staring into the fridge than planning for retirement. It’s not surprising--choosing a snack is serious business. Plus, we start staring into the fridge long before we’re old enough to work, so we have ahead start.

I do not know if this claim is meant to be taken literally, but I do know that most of us could spend more time planning. And by planning, I don’t mean picking a date in the future and hoping for the best. It’s a lot more complicated than that.
